Construction cleaners and one experienced team leader
Aikara Rakennuspalvelut ja Logistiikka Oy is looking for experienced construction cleaners and one experienced team leader for construction final cleaning projects in the Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa area.
JOB DUTIES:
– Construction final cleaning (P1 final cleaning)
– Removal of construction dust HEPA vacuum cleaning
– Detailed surface cleaning
– Final cleaning of classrooms, corridors and renovation areas
– Working according to site cleanliness and quality requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
– Previous experience in construction cleaning / final cleaning (MANDATORY)
– Experience with P1 construction cleaning is a big advantage
– Attention to detail and good quality work
– Reliable and strong work ethic
– Right to work in Finland
– Safety card (Työturvallisuuskortti) is an advantage
WE ARE ESPECIALLY LOOKING FOR: 1 experienced Team Leader / Supervisor with experience in managing construction cleaning work, organizing workers, and quality control.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:
– People without construction cleaning experience
– Unreliable workers
– People who cannot work independently and deliver quality work
Work starts as soon as possible.
