Your role and responsibilities
ABB Drive Products in Helsinki is looking for a global business analyst to challenge, consult and support our global management team with insights, analytics and data for making optimal decisions based on the right data and driving efficiency with AI solutions.

This position reports to Global Operations Analytics Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:
– Drive business excellence by supporting our global team with excellent communication, good spirit and data analytics skills:
– Collaboration with function leaders in our management team and our local units across the world
– Consulting mindset (understanding and helping stakeholders, providing solutions)
– Creating and configuring BI reports and dashboards, working hands-on with data transformation and visualization
– Ensuring consistent performance management across the local units
– Supporting and coaching creation of Gen AI tools

Qualifications for the role:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Experience in working with BI visualization tools – skills in PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake and Celonis are an advantage
– Understanding of generative AI, prompting skills
– Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to get involved!
– Strong people skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
– Capability to work with different level of seniority in the organization
– A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills; flexibility to handle all situations
– International Awareness and respect of cultural differences
– B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, 5+ years work experience in the domains of analytics and project management/consulting
– Chance to learn: Process Intelligence, operations management and KPIs, machine learning.
