Job description

WorkSmart Logistic Oy is looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse Manager to manage and develop our warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and

efficiently implementing the daily operations of the warehouse. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure smooth logistics processes and

develop operations together with the company’s management.

Success in this role requires good organizational skills, a responsible work ethic and the ability to

lead a multicultural work community.

Job duties and responsibilities

Job duties include:

Daily management and organization of warehouse operations

Planning and development of warehouse workflows

Supervisory tasks, guidance and supervision of warehouse personnel

Employee orientation and coordination of work tasks

Planning of work shifts and human resources

Supervising the receipt, picking, packing and dispatch of goods

Monitoring of warehouse balances and inventory management

Maintaining warehouse order and operating procedures

Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with applicable regulations

Coordinating logistics and transportation

Monitoring and reporting operational efficiency to management

Solving problems and continuously developing operations

What we expect from the applicant

We require:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or production tasks

Experience in personnel management or supervisory work

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Independent and responsible working style

Ability to work in a busy and changing environment in the work environment

Good collaboration and communication skills

We value:

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Training in logistics

Experience in a multicultural work environment

A positive attitude

Language skills

Performing the work tasks requires knowledge of Finnish or English.

We also value Vietnamese language skills, as there may be Vietnamese-speaking employees and partners in the work environment.

Knowledge of Vietnamese is considered an advantage, especially in:

supervising and training personnel

daily communication with the work team

clarifying work instructions

developing cooperation in a multicultural work environment

Working hours

Regular working hours are:

37.5 hours per week

Working hours are determined in accordance with any applicable collective agreement (TES).

Salary

Monthly salary:

2,700 € gross / month

The salary is paid once a month to the bank account indicated by the employee.

Terms of employment

Annual leave is determined in accordance with the Finnish Annual Leave Act and any collective agreement (PAM commercial sector).The notice period is determined in accordance with the Finnish Employment Contracts Act

Finnish law applies to the employment relationship
