Being able to run a 50-seat restaurant kitchen
Developing menu and creating seasonal menus.
We expect form you:
Previous experiences in Food and Beverage industry.
Hygiene passport.
Broad Knowledge in Asia cuisine, especially in Vietnamese cuisine.
Can-do attitude and self-motivated.
Multi-tasking and group working ability.
Ability to handle stress and perform well under pressure.
