Future Skills Academy Uusimaa, 4. implementation ENG

Future Skills Academy is a recruitment-focused software industry training program conducted in the Uusimaa region, lasting 4,5-6 months. It is aimed at unemployed job seekers from Vantaa, Espoo, and Helsinki who are motivated to build a career in the software field. The goal of the training is to help participants find employment in companies and to strengthen their skills for future software and ICT roles. The program offers an opportunity to transition into a new career and gain employment through the training.

Please note that the application process has two stages, and both applications must be completed:

1. Official training application to Employment Services (26078717)

• The official training application must be submitted to Employment Services within the application period.
• Additionally, you must ensure that your job search is active with Employment Services; it must be valid already during the application period. Unfortunately, without the official training application and an active job search status, we cannot proceed with the selection process.

2. Saranen competence profile:

• Please complete this competence profile carefully, as we will use it to present your skills to recruiting companies.
• Attach your CV as a PDF file.
• A separate cover letter is not required. Focus on including all relevant information in the competence profile.

Selection for the training program requires securing a suitable company placement before the start. The program start dates are September 21, October 19, or November 9, 2026. We will keep you informed throughout the selection process.
