Telecommunications installer

As a telecommunications installer, you are responsible for the installation and connection of fiber optic connections and cable TV services to properties. The role of a telecommunications installer requires:
A professional qualification suitable for the role (e.g. electrical or telecommunications)
Understanding of the operation of internal networks and cabling (fiber and coaxial cables) in properties
Knowledge of fiber installation and handling (welding) and the installation of basic telecommunications network terminal equipment
Ability to perform measurements
Ability to learn and absorb new things: you will be introduced to the role by more experienced installers

We expect from you:
– Appropriate vocational training or equivalent knowledge and previous experience in the field

– Willingness and ability to learn.
– Ability to be flexible with working hours, willingness to travel and at least a B driving license.
– Good oral and written skills in Finnish, Swedish and English are considered an advantage.
The job includes readiness for troubleshooting and installation work outside of working hours.
