Chef / Cook for X Lounge Nummela

X Lounge Nummela is a modern bar and lounge located in Nummela, offering quality drinks, a lively atmosphere and a carefully curated food experience. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Chef/Cook to join our team and support the development of our kitchen operations.

Job Duties:
– Preparing and cooking menu items according to quality standards
– Assisting in menu planning and food development
– Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
– Managing food preparation and storage
– Supporting daily kitchen operations during service hours
– Collaborating on food and drink pairings
– Other kitchen-related duties as required

We expect you to have:
– Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant, bar or similar environment
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Good teamwork and communication skills
– Knowledge of food hygiene practices (hygiene certificate considered an advantage)
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
