Restaurant Worker
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic team member to join our team. This role combines kitchen responsibilities with customer service duties. The ideal candidate will ensure food is prepared to high standards of hygiene and quality, while also delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Kitchen Duties:**
– Prepare and cook menu items in a healthy, safe, and hygienic manner
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
– Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
– Assist in stock management and proper storage of ingredients
**Customer Service:**
– Meet, greet, and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take orders accurately and efficiently
– Ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
– Handle basic customer inquiries and provide assistance when needed
**Requirements**
– Valid Hygiene Pass (mandatory)
– Valid Finnish Alcohol Pass (mandatory)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
– Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (but not required)
**Compensation**
– Salary in accordance with TES (Collective Agreement)
**Working Hours**
– Full-time position with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
