We are an AI-powered strategy execution partner that activates change at the individual level and gives transformation leaders a real-time intelligence layer proving that change is actually working. **The Role**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Pandatron in building its understanding of market needs, with a particular focus on US enterprise customers. Pandatron holds an exclusive partnership with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a leading American network of transformation practitioners, and this role is central to leveraging that relationship.

**Key Responsibilities**

Design and execute market research campaigns on LinkedIn and the ACMP communication platform, targeting transformation leaders. Scope and identify suitable interview candidates, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Collect and structure research data and produce clear, concise reports summarising findings.

**What We’re Looking For**

Strong written and spoken English skills and a deep understanding of the American cultural context. Experience working as an executive assistant and in project-based roles. Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your own workload.

**What We Offer**

Monthly gross salary €1,800. Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Hybrid work model, primarily remote.
