Supervisor

Are you an experienced supervisor, possibly with previous experience in the cleaning services industry?

We are looking for a site supervisor in Ruka.

As a site supervisor for our hotel, you will be responsible for the overall quality and smooth operation of cleaning services at your customer site, as well as personnel management. You will act as a frontline supervisor for your unit’s employees, responsible for their training and the performance of your site.

As a site supervisor, you will have the opportunity to actively develop and maintain the cleanliness of your customer site and the professionalism of your employees. While previous experience in the cleaning services industry is beneficial, it is not required, as your proven track record in supervisory roles will help you adapt to this new sector. Supervisory work ultimately requires skills that transcend industries. As a supervisor, you must understand financial indicators, perhaps your higher education has provided you with the tools to interpret them. You are especially accustomed to working at the customer interface with a sales-oriented approach. You can quickly grasp customer needs to support them with the right service solutions.

The salary for the site supervisor is approximately 2500-2800 €/month, depending on your previous experience. Working in our international work environment is rewarding and interesting. Supervisor positions require Finnish and English language skills, as well as a valid drivers license and your own car. Employment is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week. The employment starts as soon as possible, once a suitable candidate is found.

If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit in Finland at the time of application.
