We are looking for a site supervisor for Ylläs

As a hotel site supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall smooth operation, high quality, and staff management of your assigned sites cleaning services. You will act as the direct supervisor for your team, handling employee onboarding and ensuring the results of your site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purposefully develop and maintain both the cleanliness of your assigned site and the professional skills of your team members. You must have strong prior experience in cleaning services or hotel housekeeping, as it is essential for success in this role. Proven results as a supervisor will help you quickly adapt to this industry. As a supervisor, you are expected to understand key financial figures, and perhaps your higher education has provided you with the skills to interpret them. You are especially accustomed to working in customer-facing roles with a commercial mindset and can quickly identify customer needs to provide the right service solutions.

The site supervisor salary is approximately €2,600–2,800/month, depending on your previous experience. Working in our international environment is both rewarding and exciting. In addition to your attitude, you have strong interpersonal skills and experience in organizing work and supervising personnel, which allow you to positively influence both your work community and customer relationships.

The role requires at least basic Finnish language skills. However, your Finnish does not need to be fluent if your English skills are strong. A valid drivers license is also required. The position is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours per week).
