Our banking client is looking for Business Analyst / Coordinator to join their team asap.

More about the role and your tasks:
• Coordination of incidents
• Stakeholder management
• Ad hoq tasks
• Defining incident process and other related processes
• Gather information
• Document information and update existing documentation
• Prepare presentations
• Facilitation

Tools:
• Jira
• Excel, Power point etc
• Risk tool
• Teams

Required experience and knowledge:
• Experience from incidents
• Handling applications
• Banking industry
• Coordination and facilitation skills
• Focumenting
• Defining processes

Allocation: 100%
Assignment start date: ASAP
Duration: 31.3.2025
Location: Helsinki, Finland. Team is working from the office on a weekly basis.
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
