SUMMER TRAINEE, IT 

Our global IT team is seeking an enthusiastic trainee to join us from May to August 2025 at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki.  

Your key contribution areas  

You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills to real-world challenges, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of a large international organization. Over the summer, you will be the go-to person for supporting the team in a variety of IT-related tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Updating IT development process information and descriptions in our Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence 

  • Maintain and optimize IT solution boards by removing outdated items and ensuring all fields are accurately updated 

  • Creating and updating documentation 

  • Supporting the team in other daily activities and projects 

What helps you to shine in this role?  

You can either be just starting or already wrapping up your studies. In any case, your eagerness to learn and interest in working in IT within a global business will be your greatest asset. To thrive in this role, you should have:  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s studies (or a recent degree) in Information Technology or a related field 

  • Good technical skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office tools efficiently (knowledge of Atlassian Suite is an advantage) 

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a practical approach to challenges 

  • Strong communication skills  

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (Finnish skills are a plus)
