Construction Workers – Uusimaa Region

**KeyStaff Oy** is looking for experienced construction workers for its clients versatile renovation and construction projects across the Uusimaa region.

We are looking for professionals who can handle tools confidently without lengthy onboarding and who take initiative on site. In this role, you will succeed if you are a versatile all-round construction worker who understands the rhythm of a construction site and is not intimidated by changing situations in practice, someone who notices a problem before it becomes a coffee break discussion.

**Construction Workers Uusimaa Region**

The projects mainly consist of commercial and office renovations as well as façade work.

Tasks may include, for example:

– Various renovation and demolition work: building or removing partition walls, suspended ceiling installations, floor structures and coatings, door and window installations, framing and drywall work, finishing work, small masonry and concrete casting tasks, etc.

– Preparatory work such as protection and covering

– Various surface treatment tasks, levelling, interior and exterior painting

– Element repairs, joint sealing work, exposing reinforcement bars, façade washing, plaster repairs, and more

**What we expect from you**

– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry

– Ability to work independently

– Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude

– Versatile construction skills

– Valid Occupational Safety Card; additional role-specific safety cards and certifications are considered an advantage

– Finnish or English language skills are sufficient for the role; Russian language skills are considered an advantage
