Kitchen Shift Supervisor – Permanent Position in Fiskars

Would you like to work in an inspiring restaurant environment in one of Finlands most charming village settings? We are currently looking for a Kitchen Shift Supervisor for a permanent position at a restaurant located in the village of Fiskars. The employment contract will be made with HR-Polku Oy.

As a Kitchen Shift Supervisor, you will help ensure the smooth daily operation of the kitchen together with the team. The role is versatile and combines hands-on kitchen work with organizing and supervising kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
-working as a cook during service
-ensuring smooth kitchen operations during your shift
-placing orders and managing inventory
-collaborating with the rest of the restaurant team

Start date and terms
-Start date: May (or as agreed)
-Employment type: Permanent
-Working hours: Full-time
-Salary: Negotiable based on your experience, skills, and expectations

What we expect from you
-Previous experience as a cook
-Willingness to commit to the position for a longer period
-Some experience in kitchen supervisory duties (for example placing orders)
-Fluent Finnish and English language skills

The restaurant is located in the village of Fiskars, known for its unique history, artisan culture, and beautiful natural surroundings.
