Lead Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for our team in Łódź, Poland! You will be an important part of the engineering team that cooperates with customers in pulp and paper or energy sector industries.

In this role, your main responsibilities include 

• designing electrical installations in versatile projects 
• participating in the implementation of paper machine designs
• implementing changes and modernizing existing designs 
• preparing technical documentation at all stages of design
• working closely with our customers
• leading and guiding a project team of 3-8 engineers as project manager’s right hand

What helps you succeed in this role 

Our ideal candidate is an engineering professional with strong electrical and instrumentation expertise in different processes and ability to comprehend PI-diagrams. 

You’ll also have

• a suitable technical competence in electrical engineering, energy or automation
• work experience in similar positions for years (10+) 
• deep knowledge of some design software (eg. Cadmatic Electrical, Vertex, Eplan)
• a proactive and independent approach to work and communicate with our customers
• a passion and gained experience to lead and guide project team to success 
• fluency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel on business in Poland and abroad
• professional license for unlimited design rights in the scope of electrical and power engineering networks, installations and equipment
