**Daily döner cone preparation: Ability to marinate and build (bind) an authentic döner cone by hand every day.**

**Special sauce recipes: Skill in preparing unique döner sauces from outside the Finnish market.**

**Smash Burger expertise: Perfect mastery of high-temperature griddle techniques.**

**Language requirement (Working language): The working language is English. The applicant is required to have good and fluent English language skills to ensure international kitchen cooperation, understanding of recipes, and team communication.**

**Certificates and licenses: The applicant must have a valid Hygiene Passport (hygieniapassi). In addition, possession of other statutory personal licenses and certificates related to the restaurant sector is considered an advantage. The applicant must provide the official certificates and licenses required for the job upon request.**
