Team leader and assistans for the greenhouse

Apply for a job as a team leader or assistant to our greenhouse client in Närpes.

If you have good management skills and enjoy working with people, you could become new team leader to our client. Team leaders coordinate their teams’ work and manage the care of seedlings.

As an assistant, you’ll have practical tasks in cultivation. You will assist the team leader and may also work as a machine operator.

All work is carried out in three shifts. We expect our applicants to have computer skills, previous experience in the horticultural sector and verbal proficiency in English. The work starts in November and the employment contract is permanent.
