Content Producer & Social Media Specialist

Helsinki, we’re looking for marketing experts with skills in content production to join our team.

Date Agency is a Helsinki-based creative agency for hospitality brands. We build concepts, produce content, and turn social media into a real growth channel.

The person we’re looking for is both creative and technical. They can develop a content strategy and then go shoot it themselves. They understand marketing – not just content. They know their way around a camera as well as they know their way around an analytics dashboard.

You might be a fit if:

( you understand how social media marketing actually works: algorithms, content strategy, performance )

( you know what makes content perform and why )

( you’re creative, but also technical: camera, lighting, editing, production )

( you think in marketing, not just aesthetics )

(you want to build something early, not just clock in )

What we’re looking for:

– Social media marketing expertise

– Hands-on photo and video production skills

– Creative thinking backed by strategic understanding

– Fluent English / Finnish a plus

Full-time, part-time and freelance contracts. Everything.
