Executive Officer

Now we are looking for a Ecexutive Officer to support our team in India. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Executive Officer to be the face of our company and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The Executive Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Mumbai office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and support our three other offices in India. This role involves a mix of administrative and human resources responsibilities. Executive Officer  forms together with colleague in Goa office the Admin of India.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Managing inward and outward calls, phone transfers, photocopying, printouts, scanning, and maintaining records of post/courier and parcels.
  • Booking and recording travel arrangements for employees, including hotel, flight, and bus tickets.
  • Coordinating meal arrangements, accommodation, logistics, and ticketing for guests and employees.
  • Overseeing housekeeping activities and managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Preparing credit card statements for company expenses and coordinating printing of visiting cards and other materials.
  • Organizing local and global events in collaboration with the Executive Officer and the Get Together team.
  • Ensuring cost follow-up according to global policies.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
  • Assisting with onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting HR in managing employee separation formalities.
  • Supporting HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Organizing employee welfare programs, training sessions, and other HR activities.
  • Tracking attendance, leave balances, and other HR-related metric

We expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree B. Com/BA/B.Sc.
  • 3+ years of experience in working in Admin and HR field 
  • Experience coordinating and supporting HR related tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English

As part of our team in India you will collaborate and work closely the Admin team and HR team. You work from our Mumbai office, but handle matters of our all four offices in India together with Admin team.
