IT Project Manager

If yes, please read more!In this role, you are responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. You ensure that projects are completed within the agreed time frame and budget. You use your previous IT industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning, execution and resource management.In this position, you will be managing projects that contain either an existing IT system, or you will be implementing totally new one. You understand both technical specialists and business representatives and can get the relevant demands to requirement level with help from both parties. As you have already run IT projects earlier, your understanding also from full lifecycle of IT systems helps, as after project there needs to be clear responsibilities for continuous support and development. While your professional background can vary, you should have experience from running IT projects. We have a multicultural work environment with room to grow, where you can use your potential and develop your skills.Main responsibilities:Creating and maintaining project documentation (e.g. project plan) together with the IT SpecialistsPreparing the project budget and schedule and establishing follow-up routinesExecuting project plans for IT projectsFacilitating solutioning between technical teams and/or operational teams to design solutions, test cases etc.Ensuring that the project has enough and sufficient resources to meet the targetsExecution of each phase of the projectCommunicating with all stakeholdersWhat we expect from youExperience (2- 5+ years) as a project manager in an IT environmentDemonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methodsExcellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines and trainings in these areas for othersA self-directed, committed and responsible way of workingGood problem solving, decision-making and social skillsExcellent English language skills, both written and spokenWe also appreciatePrince 2 or other applicable IT project management certificateExperience of system lifecycles including IT service management.Please apply as soon as possible and no later than February 8, 2026, through BLUEFORS.COM.
