At Beneq, a global leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), were looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our Semiconductor Business Unit and help shape the next generation of ALD solutions.In this role, youll work at the heart of ALD process development – planning, testing, optimizing, and validating thermal and plasma ALD processes for high-performance semiconductor applications worldwide. Youll gain hands-on cleanroom experience, turn data into insight, and collaborate closely with experts across engineering and product teams to drive performance, scalability, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, test, and optimize ALD processes in line with business needs and technology roadmapsPerform process validation, data analysis, and documentation of results and best practicesPrepare work instructions, plans, and reports for internal and customer useContribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, including new materials and methodsMaintain ALD and metrology equipment and ensure a clean and safe cleanroom environmentWhat Were Looking ForUniversity degree or relevant work experience (Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or similar preferred)3+ years of experience in cleanroom-based process development or experimentationExperience in thin-film deposition or semiconductor processing; ALD experience is a plusFamiliarity with DOE, SPC, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools (JMP preferred, Python, MATLAB, etc.)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamFluent written and spoken EnglishWhy Beneq?At Beneq, youll work on cutting-edge ALD technology with real impact in a global high-tech environment.
