Supervisor / Foreman Industrial Cooling Tower Assembly & Installation Project
Role Description:
We are recruiting experienced Supervisors / Foremen to manage mechanical installation teams engaged in industrial cooling tower construction works.
Key Responsibilities:
– Daily supervision of installation personnel
– Workforce coordination and work allocation
– Monitoring quality and safety compliance
– Progress reporting and shift coordination
Requirements:
– Experience supervising industrial or mechanical installation works
– Practical construction background
– Ability to lead multinational work teams
– English language required
Employment Terms:
– Full-time employment organised under Finnish Working Hours Act (872/2019)
– Working hours arranged according to employer working time roster
– Hourly rate €2022 depending on experience
– Employment conditions in accordance with the Technology Industry Collective Agreement (Teknologiateollisuuden työehtosopimus)
– Fixed-term project employment at Hamina industrial site
