Piping Engineer for CAM Plant Project, Kotka

We are seeking a skilled and technically competent Piping Engineer to join China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.s team for the CAM factory project in Kotka.

(CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industry chain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the main contractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for the implementation and construction of the plant.

In this role
, you will coordinate piping design processes, review construction drawings, and ensure high-quality execution of piping systems. You will work closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance with design standards.

Your responsibilities include:
– Coordinating relevant disciplines and determining the design scheme for piping systems
– Managing the design process across all stages and ensuring the quality of drawings
– Providing construction drawing disclosure, acceptance, and post-service work
– Independently reviewing and coordinating piping construction drawings
– Using CAD, Revit, and office software proficiently
– Supervising stainless pipe welding works and ensuring welding quality
– Organizing and preparing construction work for piping systems based on completed drawings
– Resolving technical issues related to piping system construction

We expect from you:

– Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field, with 5+ years of piping system project experience
– Proven ability to handle piping system material approvals, drawing reviews, on-site testing, and experience in 5+ large or medium-sized projects
– Strong expertise in welding process evaluation, supervision, and inspection of welding quality
– Good English communication skills
– Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
