Team Leader and Welder

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader & Welder to join industrial and manufacturing teams inFinland. The role combines welding work with supervision responsibilities, ensuring smooth dailyoperations and coordination of team activities (50 to 70% of welding, and 30 to 50% of supervising).

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in welding (MIG/MAG, FCAW or TIG)

Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role is an advantage

Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols

Good communication and team coordination skills

Responsible and organized working approach

English language skills sufficient for workplace communication

Willingness to work in shifts if required

At least High-school graduateJob Benefits:
