We are looking for a customer oriented and proactive team member to join our small Italian restaurant in the heart of Helsinki. Your main tasks include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, managing table reservations, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.
Youll be working in a close-knit and professional team where everyone supports each other and values great customer experiences and a positive atmosphere.
To succeed in this role, you should learn quickly, handle pressure well, and be able to adapt and improvise when needed. A valid hygiene passport is required, and an alcohol serving license must be obtained within one month of starting the job. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Working hours will start at around 1015 hours per week, with the possibility to increase to 2030 hours per week once you have learned the job and settled into the role.
