Job Title: Tandoor Cook (Nepalese Cuisine)
We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Cook with specialization in à la carte and lunch items in Nepalese cuisine to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic Nepalese dishes, working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook tandoor, à la carte, and lunch menu items
– Ensure authentic taste and quality of Nepalese cuisine
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
– Manage food preparation and station setup efficiently
– Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service hours
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tandoor Cook
– Knowledge of Nepalese cuisine like momo, noodles and chhoila and ethnic nepali items
– Ability to prepare both à la carte and lunch dishes
– Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
– Good understanding of food safety and hygiene
