About the role
As our client’s Change and Communication Manager you are part of the organisation’s IT function and in charge of timely communication and change management activities. While we expect you to have some previous background in either change management or communications responsibilities to be able to work independently, we don’t expect you to be a senior. You work closely with IT Managers and key users, and ensure they are aligned with the system upgrades and policy changes.

Work tasks
– Communication and Engagement: Regularly communicate with IT managers and key users to provide updates on ongoing Windows 11 upgrades and other activities. Ensure all stakeholders are fully aligned with the changes.
– Support Project Team: Work closely with the project team to facilitate the Windows 11 upgrade process and other initiatives, providing necessary support and communication.
– Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and address them effectively through clear and consistent communication.
We are looking for
– Previous experience within change and/or communication responsibilities (approximately 2-5 years)
– Relevant educational background
– Ability to create effective communication content and drive change management activities
– Fluency in written and spoken English
– Technical know-how is a plus
