Taxi driver, Bolt/Uber or Taksi Helsinki – full-time or part-time
Hop in and join the NDLK team! Taxi experience is an advantage but not required – what matters most is the will to learn and to serve customers well. The job suits both experienced drivers and those who want to learn the trade.
**HOW WE DRIVE**
– You drive via Bolt and Uber or through Taksi Helsinki – you choose.
– You either work full hours or drive a varying number of shifts per month.
– Behind the wheel, a well-kept electric or hybrid car.
– Day and night shifts are available. You can plan your shifts a month ahead, and we make sure a car is available.
– Pay is 40 % of the rides (VAT 0) + holiday bonus paid monthly. This is an employment relationship, not invoicing or B2B. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.
**THE BASICS ARE ENOUGH**
– You already have a taxi drivers permit, or its on the way.
– Spoken Finnish at a sufficient level; perfect grammar isnt required. English or other languages are a plus.
– What matters most is reliability and a service-minded attitude.
**360° SUPPORT**
– Well show you the system, charging and car washes – everything becomes familiar.
– You start with a get-to-know-the-job drive and ease into it at your own pace.
– We help you with practical things and paperwork at the start.
The fleet is from 2022–2023, electric and hybrid cars. On the Taksi Helsinki side you also drive Kela and MPK rides. If you dont yet have a Taksi Helsinki driver card, you can start with Bolt and Uber and move on to Taksi Helsinki once youve completed the card.
