Marketing Executive in Embassy of India, Helsinki

Residence Status: Finnish citizen or any other National with a valid work permit

Qualification: Masters Degree preferably in business / economics / management

Language: Proficient in English and working knowledge of Finnish

(c) Medical Fitness Certificate (at the time of signing the contract).

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in related field.

Responsibilities :

– The responsibilities involve studying local and EU business rules and regulations.

– Applying a sound understanding of economics, international trade and investments to research, analyse and document bilateral economic and commercial activities between India and Finland

– Develop marketing and publicity strategies for Indian products in Finnish market and assist Indian businessmen or their representatives in arranging meetings with government officials/Chambers

– Assist businessmen by providing information about business opportunities in India

– Coordinate with business chambers and organize events like B2B meetings, road shows, seminars etc. with prospective investors/counterparts that bring together manufacturers and exporters across sectors.

– Preparing analytical reports on economy matters

Working hours: Full time job. 08.30-17.00 on Monday to Friday. The candidate should be willing to work on occasional evenings and weekends.

Pay scale: Starting gross salary – Euros 2850 + 20% additional allowance (deductions as per local laws would be applicable)

Starting date: 1st November, 2026 (tentative)

Status: Contractual local employee in Embassy
