ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Architect** to design, develop and optimize our ServiceNow platform across new and existing implementations. You will ensure the platform is secure, scalable and aligned with business needs while acting as a key link between technical teams, management and suppliers.

**Key responsibilities**

– Lead the design, development, configuration, support and administration of ServiceNow

– Collaborate and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, custom applications and integrations

– Define and improve ServiceNow ITIL processes and CMDB practices

– Manage upgrades, cloning, platform performance, security and continuous improvement

– Monitor service performance, user satisfaction and operational metrics

– Manage subscriptions, supplier collaboration, budgets and forecasts

– Drive standardization, automation and innovation through proofs of concept and digital transformation initiatives

**What we are looking for**

– At least five years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow scripting.

– Proven experience designing multi-system solutions and integrations, with strong knowledge of architecture, performance and security.

– Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM and CSM, license management and contract compliance.

– ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

– A collaborative and social approach, an analytical mindset, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of Agile, IT Service Management principles, ITIL & ONEiO is a plus.
