At the beginning of your employment, your workplace will be a retail store. Work is primarily performed on weekday evenings, although shifts can be arranged within the stores opening hours. In this role, you will independently take responsibility for the cleanliness of our customer site and perform other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You are expected to work responsibly, follow safety and quality procedures, and take care of your working environment.

**Your responsibilities include, among other things**

– Daily cleaning and maintenance tasks

– Ensuring quality in your own work

– Using cleaning equipment and materials correctly and taking proper care of them

– Cooperating with customers and colleagues

– Working independently and carefully

– Demonstrating responsibility and reliability

– Having a willingness to learn and develop your skills

**What we expect from you**

– The ability to understand work instructions, communicate regarding employment matters, and ensure safe working practices in either Finnish or English. The position does not require fluent Finnish skills, and English language skills can replace Finnish language skills. – Previous experience in cleaning or facility services, relevant education, a driving licence, and access to your own car are considered an advantage.

**What we offer**

– A fixed-term employment contract, 10 hours per week

– A competitive salary in accordance with the collective agreement, €11.33–€12.59/hour from 1 August 2026
