Early Childhood Education and Care Teacher
Key Responsibilities
– Plan and implement engaging lessons and pedagogical activities that promote learning and development.
– Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
– Monitor and assess children’s progress and maintain developmental records.
– Encourage social skills, creativity, independence, and problem-solving abilities.
– Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
– Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and needs.
– Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques.
– Prepare educational materials and maintain a clean, organized learning environment.
– Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to enhance educational programs.
– Adhere to childcare regulations, policies, and professional standards.
You must currently live in Finland.
You must be a fully qualified Early Childhood Education (ECEC) Teacher.
Your qualification must be recognised by the Finnish National Agency for Education /Finnish Education Board (Oph)

Bus 506 stops directly in front of our building at its final stop in Ruskeasuo. There is ample parking available in the surrounding area.
