We are looking for an energetic and responsible supervisor who enjoys leading people and organizing everyday operations, and who wants to build a respectful and well-functioning workplace community.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your sites, service business management and development, personnel management, and customer cooperation in an international and people-oriented environment.

The role combines hands-on operational leadership, ensuring smooth and high-quality service delivery together with the team, developing operations and taking financial responsibility, as well as implementing changes in practice and working in line with our values.

This position suits you whether you are an experienced supervisor, a professional in the cleaning industry, or a career changer looking for a new direction.

**Your responsibilities include:**

– Leading site operations, quality, and customer satisfaction

– Managing personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, shift planning, and supporting employee well-being

– Managing and developing customer relationships, promoting additional sales, and identifying new business opportunities

– Monitoring site finances, budgets, and resources, and improving profitability

– Developing operations in a goal-oriented way, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment

– Reporting key performance indicators and service performance

– Participating in hands-on cleaning work when necessary

**We expect from you:**

– Relevant education and experience in facility services or the service industry

– Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles (considered an advantage)

– Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to motivate, develop, coach, and lead a team fairly and consistently

– A customer-oriented and solution-focused working approach

– Ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively and manage change in daily work

– Readiness to take responsibility for your sites operations and results

– Sufficient digital skills for using work tools and systems

– A positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude with a business-minded approach

– Fluent Finnish and English skills

– A valid driving licence and access to a car

**We offer you:**

– A permanent employment contract, 37.5 hours per week

– Work performed on weekdays and weekends, from early mornings (starting at 6:00), mornings, daytime, and evenings

– A competitive salary of approximately €2,500–€2,800/month depending on experience
