1. Responsible for supervising shipbuilding projects and coordinating work phases
2. Managed daily welding, installation, and shipyard operations
3. Monitored work quality, safety, and schedule compliance
4. Organized the use of materials and resources according to project needs
5. Cooperated with design, production, and subcontractor teams
6. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in shipbuilding or shipyard environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Understanding of 3D models and technical drawings
