**MARKETING SPECIALIST**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth-oriented marketing professional for a permanent position on Apukka Resorts Marketing and E-commerce team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your marketing skills to the fullest while learning new things as part of a professional, ambitious six-person marketing team.

You will work in close cooperation with the entire marketing team and the Resorts other departments, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. Your duties will include managing the Resorts marketing materials, brand implementation, and communications and media work. The scope of your tasks is diverse, but you will always have your teammates’ strong expertise to support you. We hope you take a developmental, proactive approach to your work, constantly seeking new and better ways to execute and enhance our marketing efforts.

**In your role, you will:**

– Be responsible for marketing materials, such as brochures, cards, and signage.

– Work skillfully with international media and continuously discover new opportunities for global visibility.

– Understand and nurture Apukkas strong brand, both on-site and in the digital environment.

– Bring forward new ideas and development proposals to achieve even wider visibility.

– Understand the impact of your own work on online sales and strive to improve it.

– Work fluently in English with our international team and external partners.

– Play as a team with different departments to achieve the best possible results.

**You will shine if you have:**

– Solid work experience in marketing roles.

– Experience in international English-language marketing (tourism industry experience is not mandatory, but is considered a strong asset).

– Skills in utilizing the most common marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Semrush / Search Atlas).

– A proven track record in successful brand work.

– The ability to produce fluent, inspiring, and selling copy.

– The ability to manage and lead your own work.

– A continuous learning mindset.

This position follows the Collective Agreement for Employees in Tourism, Restaurant and Leisure Services (MaRa).

Job duration: Permanent Job type: Full-time Working hours: Mainly office hours, MonFri at 8:00-16:00. Salary: According to the negotiation. Please include your salary expectation in your application. The work takes place at Apukka Resort in Rovaniemi.
