Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an installation supervisor within electrical construction projects

Strong background in electrical installation works with a solid understanding of assembly sequences

Good knowledge of electrical and containment schematic drawings and technical documentation

Familiarity with European electrical installation quality standards

Proven ability to manage multicultural teams in an international project environment

Relevant safety certifications (Occupational Safety, Fire Safety, IPAF, Working at Heights)

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Valid Category B driving license

Strong computer literacy (MS Office; AutoCAD and ERP experience considered an advantage)

Very good command of English As an E&I Supervisor,

You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising electrical installation activities on site, ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and European quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily electrical and containment installation works on site Lead and coordinate teams of 15+ electricians and technicians

Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical documentation, and installation sequences

Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity

Collaborate with project management, engineers, and other trades to support smooth project delivery

Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions

Support inspections, testing, and handover processes
