About the role

This role supports the planning and execution of engineering changes to the manufacturing BOM and factories, managing HW Product Data within the Oura PDM system. You will ensure changes adhere to the Oura Change Management process, safeguarding product data integrity. The role involves close collaboration with NPI, Operational Program Management, R&D hardware teams, and other HW/Operations/Supply Chain groups, and contributing to Product Data Management during the NPI phase.

Work tasks
– You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of engineering changes to the manufacturing BOM and to the factories, which includes managing HW Product Data within the Oura Product Data Management system.
– Your mission will be to ensure every change adheres to the Oura Change Management process. You will be the guardian of product data integrity, ensuring that every hardware evolution seamlessly transitions from R&D to the factory floor, directly impacting the quality of Ouras world-class wearable technology.
– You’ll support their manufacturing sites regarding all change management activities and documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and actively contribute to Product Data Management activities during the NPI phase.

We are looking for

– B.Sc./M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or related
– Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering change management, product data management, or similar
– Proficiency in item/BOM Management principles
– Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
– Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
– Capacity for holistic thinking (integrating facts and details)
– Cooperative, patient, and supportive demeanor
– Excellent written and spoken English communication

It is meritorious if you have
– Familiarity with Teamcenter PDM/PLM and ERPs like NetSuite
– Experience with wearable consumer products
– Experience working in an international environment
