Senior Sales Account Manager, Sweden

We are now looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to take ownership of the Swedish market within Plant EPC and Process Industry.
This is a senior individual contributor role with primary focus on new customer acquisition, combined with development of selected existing accounts. Reporting to the Sales Director, Nordics & Baltics, you will lead sales opportunities end-to-end, work closely with technical and delivery teams, and act as the commercial lead for your territory.
This role is suited to a high-performing sales professional who enjoys opening new doors, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and turning opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own new business development across Plant EPC and Process Industry accounts in Sweden
- Identify, pursue, and close new-logo and greenfield opportunities with EPCs, owner-operators, and system integrators
- Build and develop pipeline proactively through target-account engagement, market insight, and partner collaboration
- Drive project-led sales cycles linked to capital investments, digitalization, and engineering transformation
- Shape opportunity strategy early in the customer journey, including pre-FID phases
- Lead complex deal execution, including stakeholder mapping, value positioning, and competitive strategy
- Execute co-selling motions with resellers, system integrators, and technology partners where relevant
- Lead commercial negotiations, framework agreements, and initial contracts
- Maintain strong sales discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Represent Cadmatic in the market through customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagement
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant commercial experience in Plant EPC / Process Industry markets
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in hunter-style roles within industrial software, technical solutions, or engineering-led markets
- Proven track record of winning new logos and developing complex enterprise opportunities
- Ability to engage and influence both technical and commercial stakeholders at senior levels
- Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, business-relevant way
- Experience managing long sales cycles and project-driven opportunities
- Structured, self-driven, and comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership
- Experience working with CRM-based pipeline management, such as Salesforce
- Fluent Swedish and excellent English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel across Sweden and the Nordics as needed
