AI Security Lead

AI is transforming healthcare, and at Terveystalo we are committed to using AI in a responsible and secure way.

We are looking for an experienced AI Security Lead to join our Compliance & Security team, focusing on the secure use of AI across our digital healthcare services.

In this role, you will take ownership of how AI is used securely in practice, working closely with AI team and other stakeholders to identify risks and turn them into practical controls and ways of working.

What you will do
– Own and define secure use of AI across the organization, including practical guardrails and necessary limitations – Get involved early in AI use cases to identify risks that are difficult to fix later – Work alongside the AI team and many other stakeholders – Assess risks in real implementations: data flows, APIs, third-party tools and embedded AI features – Stay close to real implementations, not just policies – Support decision-making in cases where speed, usability and security are in tension – Look at third-party AI tools and features with a critical eye – Gradually build clearer guardrails, patterns and ways of working as things scale
What we are looking for
– Strong background in cybersecurity – Ability to understand and review architectures, integrations and data flows – Deep understanding with AI/ML systems, LLM-based tools or data platforms – Understanding of how AI-related risks appear in practice – Experience working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to business decisions – Experience in leading and influencing others beyond individual contribution – Familiarity with security, privacy or regulatory requirements and how they apply in practice – Experience using AI tools in your own work – Experience automating security or compliance related tasks – Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finnish and in English
