Luckiefun Sushi Station Helsinki, Vantaa is looking for experienced sushi and wok chefs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Prepare a variety of sushi and wok dishes according to customer orders

2.Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards

3.Maintain a clean and organized work area

4.Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and notify management of any shortages

5.Assist in menu planning and development

6.Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner

7.Train and supervise any kitchen staff as needed

8.Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss menu changes, customer feedback, and other related matters

9.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety

Requirements:

1.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

2.Excellent communication and customer service skills

3.Hygiene passport
