Datacentre Operations Specialist, Kajaani
We are looking for an experienced Datacentre Operations Specialist to join XTX Markets new data centre in Kajaani. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology as part of an international project.
You will be responsible for the daily operations and infrastructure maintenance of the data centre. Your tasks include managing electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, ensuring the functionality of cooling solutions, and developing operational processes. You will also take care of preventive maintenance, capacity planning, and energy efficiency optimization. Close collaboration with other specialists and vendors is essential to ensure reliable operations and scalability for future needs.
Requirements:
A relevant technical degree (electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering) and at least a few years of experience in a data centre or industrial environment are considered an advantage. Fluency in Finnish and English, as well as a valid B-class driving license, are required.
