JOB DUTIES
Coordinating food-related operational processes and supplier-related activities within an Italian concept restaurant operation
Supporting the continuity, quality, and consistency of food-related operations across multiple restaurant locations and mobile food units
Coordinating supplier-related processes for Italian concept ingredients and products used in menu production
Supporting communication and coordination with suppliers, particularly those providing Italian-origin products
Contributing to the development of the Italian food concept by supporting product selection, supplier alignment, and operational consistency
Monitoring market developments related to Italian food products and supporting concept-related participation in relevant industry fairs, supplier events, and trade exhibitions
REQUIREMENTS / VAATIMUKSET
Relevant education or practical experience related to food operations, supply coordination, or restaurant-related operational roles
Understanding of Italian food products, ingredients, and concept-specific quality standards
Ability to coordinate supplier-related processes and support communication with external partners
Italian language skills sufficient to support communication with Italian-based suppliers and partners
Familiarity with supplier structures, market practices, or regulatory environments related to Italian food products is considered an advantage
Ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner within a multi-location restaurant operation
Good communication and coordination skills when working with kitchen and operational teams
Willingness to follow market developments and participate in industry fairs or supplier-related events as part of concept development
Knowledge of hygiene practices and food safety requirements is considered an advantage but is not mandatory
