Summer job: Espresso House – Barista – Avolta Finland

We are now looking for baristas to join the Espresso House team at Helsinki Airport for the summer season 2026.

As a barista, you will:
– Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and products according to brand standards
– Offer excellent guest service and create a welcoming café atmosphere
– Keep the café clean, organized, and operating efficiently
– Work as part of a team and help maintain daily routines

We expect from you:
– A positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
– Ability to work under pressure and stay calm during busy shifts
– Interest in coffee and a willingness to learn
– Good communication skills in Finnish and/or English
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
– Previous experience in hospitality or barista work is an advantage, but not required.

We offer summer contracts with 60 or 90 hours/3 weeks. Upon agreement you can stay with us until end on August or September.

Salary is based on Hotel, restaurant & leisure collective agreement.
