Waiter to a buffet restaurant

Customers are being serviced at the cashier. Payment are to be taken for food and ordered drinks. Drinks are served from the cashier, sometimes served to the table. We don’t have an A la carte menu, so the customers will eat from the buffet. The waiters will help with possible allergies and restrictions. The chefs cook the foods, but the waiters will bring them to the buffet table and fill some of the foods and drink by themselves. For example candies, coffee and tea. Dirty dishes are being cleaned from the tables during the day. The customer tables are cleaned properly after the customer has left. Clean dishes are brought to where they belong. Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant includes mopping the floor and cleaning toilets.
