Your role and the team 

Join us at Elomatic as we strengthen our Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Engineering team led by Karl-Gustav. Our offices are in Espoo, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Tampere and Turku — just tell us your preferred location in your application!

Our team supports industrial customers in their investment projects to deliver solutions that make an impact. In your role, you will design and specify modern, maintainable factory-level automation systems. Your expertise will focus on modern automation and IT solutions ensuring robust and future-proof automation for our clients including technical and functional specifications and related investment costs. Our compensation aligns with trade union recommendations and reflects your future role, capabilities and skills, working experience and specialization. Monthly salary depends on your experience, capabilities and references starting from 4 500 €. Please share your thoughts regarding salary expectations in your application. What helps you succeed in this role

• A relevant technical education, e.g. Master of Engineering in automation technology
• Strong experience in automation engineering and preferably also in consulting business 
• Deep knowledge in automation systems, IT/OT solutions and cyber security
• Good skills in analyzing and forecasting licensing and engineering costs 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in Finnish and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset 
• Team spirit, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
