Human Resources Manager

Your tasks
– Internal HR Management:
– Overseeing the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of the agency’s own employees.
– Managing the agency’s performance appraisal system, compensation, and benefits programs.
– Ensuring the agency’s HR policies and procedures are compliant with labour laws.

– External Recruitment Management:
– Facilitating the hiring process by acting as an intermediary between client companies and candidates.
– Scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and assisting with offer negotiations.

– Strategic and Advisory Role:
– Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the agency’s business goals.
– Staying up-to-date on market trends to advise client organizations on recruitment strategies.

Required skills and qualifications:
– 2 Years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or Human resources management diploma)
– Fluent in English (Finnish language is a plus but not mandatory)
– Driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory

About the job:
– Working hours: 8 hrs per day (full time)
– Length: 1 year and can be extended to permanent
