The baker’s job is to be responsible for the restaurant’s daily baking and dessert production. The baker is able to develop products together with the kitchen team and ensures the availability of raw materials. In addition, the baker participates in other kitchen preparation work. An essential part of the job is to ensure the cleanliness of the workstation, baking facilities and the rest of the kitchen, and to follow hygiene and safety instructions in all work phases.
