Join us at Elomatic as we strengthen our Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation Engineering team led by Karl-Gustav. We’re hiring for our offices in Espoo, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Tampere and Turku — just tell us your preferred location in your application!

Our team supports industrial customers in their investment projects to deliver solutions that make an impact. Your main responsibilities will include specifying and designing industrial electrical systems, such as electrical distribution and process electrification, for diverse and challenging projects with the project team and customer. Depending on your experience and interests, your tasks may also include:

• Concept and implementation engineering
• Project management
• Procurement and supervision
• Commissioning activities

Our compensation aligns with trade union recommendations and reflects your future role, capabilities and skills, working experience and specialization. Monthly salary depends on the position level and your experience, starting from €3,100 (graduate/junior) – €4,500 (experienced). What helps you succeed in this role

• A relevant technical education, e.g. bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering
• Experience in electrical engineering, whether from shorter projects or a longer career
• Knowledge of high, medium, and low voltage systems in industrial environments is a plus but not a requirement
• Familiarity with database-based design tools, such as circuit and main diagrams or wiring lists
• Strong communication skills – fluent Finnish and good English, both spoken and written
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset 
• Team spirit, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
