About the role

As a Financial Assistant, your primary responsibility will be managing accounts receivable. Your workday will include tasks such as booking and matching bank statements with received money and invoices, reconciling accounts receivable balances and resolving discrepancies, and clearing accounts receivable and crediting invoices. In this role you will also work closely with Evac’s sales department and support them in questions or clarifications related to invoices. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the team during month-end closings and audits.

Work tasks
– Booking and matching bank statements with received money and invoices
– Reconciling accounts receivable balances and resolving discrepancies
– Clearing accounts receivable and crediting invoices
– Supporting sales team in questions or clarifications related to invoices
– Participating in month-end closing activities and audits

We are looking for

– Relevant study background
– Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) processes and accounting principles
– Excellent IT-skills and proficiency with financial softwares
– Ability to learn quickly and grasp financial structures
– Excellent communication and cooperation skills
– Proactive and organized way of working
– Fluent communication skills in English
